WASHINGTON — Hillary Clinton is blaming the FBI's decision to revive its examination of her email accounts for her devastating defeat in the presidential election.
On a call Saturday with top campaign donors, Clinton said her campaign was winning until FBI director James Comey sent a letter to Congress on Oct. 28 announcing that the FBI had uncovered emails possibly related to its earlier probe into her use of a private server as secretary of state. The new examination was sparked by an unrelated investigation into former New York Rep. Anthony Weiner, the estranged husband of one of her top aides.
Clinton told the donors that her campaign was leading by large margins in nearly every battleground state and was tied in Arizona, a traditionally Republican stronghold, until Comey released his letter.
Comey told lawmakers the Sunday before the election that the bureau had found no evidence to warrant criminal charges. His "all clear" message only served to further motivate Trump supporters, Clinton told donors on the call.
In the nine days between Comey's initial statement and his "all clear" announcement, nearly 24 million people cast early ballots. That was roughly 18 percent of the expected total votes for president.
While Clinton accepted some blame of her loss, said donors who listened to her call, she made little mention of the other factors driving Trump's victory: A desire for change by voters, possible sexism, the difficulty of a political party winning a third White House term, her campaign's all-but-dismissal of white working class voters and flaws within her own message.

Hillary (allegedly) shared classified information with the wife of an (alleged) pedophile, and she did it on a nonsecure email.
Hillary’s Clinton Family Foundation (allegedly) misused charitable contributions for her personal benefit, including (allegedly) paying for her daughter’s wedding.
Hillary systematically lied about almost everything in her life, presenting a public position to her voters and a private position to her donors, neither of which ever matched her actual hidden position.
Hillary’s people (allegedly with her knowledge) hired thugs to initiate violence at Trump rallies and commit vote fraud.
Hillary’s long-time friend/employee Donna Brazile (allegedly) gave Hillary the debate questions in advance, for the primaries and the general election debates.
Hillary’s team even lied about her departure from the 9/11 ceremonies this year, claiming she was overheated . . . until the video came out.
But it’s FBI Director Comey’s fault that Hillary lost, because his letter to Congress, mentioning just one of her horrible and disqualifying actions, was made public?
And based on these numbers, voter turnout as a percentage of eligible voters must really have dropped.
And who can the liberals blame for that? If they can’t get their own people to go vote, how is the FBI director, or anyone else, to blame for that????
Or run a RICO money laundering operation as a charity.
How long could this list get?
She was a totally unappealing candidate. She spent very little time actually trying to win votes. She acted as though it was in the bag from the beginning.
Add that with her criminal behavior over the years and she was a hot mess.
Not true, but Comey was out of a job no matter who won. He tried to straddle the fence so hard that he de-balled himself.

Comey may have “cost” her the election, but he also kept her sorry ass out of prison, and for that she should be kissing his arse!

If she did NOT any of the things that are on record, that she DID do, things would have different possibilities.
But, she DID do all that is recorded of her doings!!!

And she is correct - if it were not for Comey’s press conference in July - Hillary Clinton would have been elected President on Tuesday.
Bottom line, in spite of the RATS best efforts to steal this election, they failed.
Tough noogies, dems.
That explains the miserable attendance at her rallies...the voters from her own party just couldn’t stand her.
Not too smart a move there, Hillster, them FBI guys gonna be doing the investigation on your sorry butt.
What does it say, though, to blame the cop who caught you? It says you have no guilt, take no responsibility, no contrition. It was not a crime - You were entitled and would do it again, given the chance.
I guess Trump should do Hillairy a favor and fire him.
What boggles my mind is the fact that the pundits, the MSM, and the pollsters completely took off the table the fact that Hillary is a CRIMINAL, a MURDERER, a LIAR, and a GRIFTER. Throughout the campaign up to and including Tuesday night, everyone treated her as though she were a typical candidate without factoring in her atrocious character and bad acts.
Fortunately, the voters were paying attention.

Are you kidding? He deserves a lot of blame. Hillary should have been behind bars on November 8.
Comey gave her two passes. The only reason she was still on the ballot was because Comey let her walk. I'll never trust him again or thank him for anything.
