This is exactly the problem. These left wing welfare states are not able to run their own business and require the massive infusion of other people's money (OPM). Without OPM, they will starve and end up attacking their neighbors ala Mexico.

Portland is one of the many Sanctuary cities that stupid people have allowed to be put into existence so as to be able to receive government money. I think you will find most if not all the so called protesting is taking place in “Sanctuary Cities”. What does that tell you??
I was born and raised in Portland, and it was a nice place to live in the 60s and 70s. I haven’t lived there since early 1981, though I’d visit fairly regularly until my family had all died or moved away. Haven’t been there since 2003, and may never go again. Things had deteriorated a lot even then, and apparently it’s worse now. Too bad.
Arrest these lawless loser criminals. That will put a crimp in their actions.
In that case, the division would have to be county to county. I lived in the valley in the sewer we call kalifornia, and politically it was very conservative. The majority of counties are.
