A Change.org petition asking the Electoral College to elect Hillary Clinton instead of Donald Trump has garnered over 2 million signatures. The petition states that Trump is unfit to serve, and that because Hillary Clinton won the popular vote, she should be president.
We are calling on the Electors to ignore their states' votes and cast their ballots for Secretary Clinton. Why?
Mr. Trump is unfit to serve. His scapegoating of so many Americans, and his impulsivity, bullying, lying, admitted history of sexual assault, and utter lack of experience make him a danger to the Republic.
Secretary Clinton WON THE POPULAR VOTE and should be President.
Hillary won the popular vote. The only reason Trump "won" is because of the Electoral College.
But the Electoral College can actually give the White House to either candidate. So why not use this most undemocratic of our institutions to ensure a democratic result?

This was the cleanest election ever- unprecedented even.
Why, I’ve even heard that many of the students at University of Wisconsin-Madison only voted for Hillary twice this time around - usually it’s 5-10 times.
I worked as a poll worker (first time ever for me) in Cuyahoga County. FWIW, the system I saw isn’t it vote counting fraud. Scanners + locked and secured paper ballots staying with them assure an honest count. I suspect that the fraud comes in places where there are illegally registered voters. So, yeah, in places where non-citizens were able to register, I’d wager there are a whole lot of hillary votes that should be tossed out.
Ask the tech guys if this is real...too fast even for liberals. Probably a bot a computer bot or letting one person vote over and over again...they did this after Brexit...
Even with that, Kennedy/Nixon and Gore/GWB were questionable.
Actually, the final tally of the popular vote has Trump ahead by about 700,000, but don’t expect those silly ijits to admit this.

In Ca, illegals voting is hugely organized and has overwhelmed the south end of the state. It happens by the bus load all over the rest of the state too. Same for all the south-western states.
College kids organizing buses to move from polling place to polling place voting as often as the clock will permit, in every state that has a college or university.

The DNC has been at this for decades. It’s not even slick. It’s blatant and obvious. But, they go unchallenged.
I don’t disagree with you. The problem isn’t in the counting. It’s in the eligibility to vote. It would be nice to have an EVerify system in place, used for jobs, government programs, and voting.

Doesn’t matter if she DID win the popular vote.
The Founders saw to a process whereby the tyranny of the simple majority was mitigated. It works.
It could be better; but it works.
My view is that the EV should be cast based on the popular vote at the Congressional district level. There are 538 EV at present; 435 for the number of House seats, 100 for the number of Senators, and three for the District of Columbia.
Cast the EV based on the popular vote in the Congressional district.
Cast the two that represent the Senate seats for the winner of the popular vote in the State.
And DC can cast based on the popular vote in DC (which was like 90% Clinton this time).
Simple, concise, and it re-enfranchises all of us in fly over country that are at the mercy of the large metros in our states. Here, in OH, the EV is controlled by the voter turn out in Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati for the most part. Some others chime in (Dayton, Toledo, Athens county, etc.), but the big three are in control, generally.
Time to make a change. And, it ain’t toward the tyranny of the majority.

Hillary and her party were too focused on minimum wage, payback to big donors, KKK fear-mongering, female genitalia, and “deplorables” rhetoric to notice the 10 million men gone from the workforce.
