There isn’t a democrat who didn’t believe that not only was she going to win, it was going to be a landslide.

For democrats, this is 9/11 all over again with the shock, surprise and trying to assess what to do next.
They have no bench to fall back on now that the Clinton’s are gone and it’s going to be a bloodbath (perhaps even literally) for control of the party.
What sane party would run a candidate who is a known felon and murderer — and truly expect to win.
Someone on the news said that Trump actually got more women’s votes than Hillary did. True?
Well, that is the core of the Democrat worldview. Society should be ruled by an elite bunch of experts, and the people have to support them in the name of unity.
If the model didn't work for their stupid/evil political party, why do they expect it to work for national (or God forbid) global government.
You really do have to wonder about these left-wing idiots. There is NOTHING AT ALL to recommend Hillary. She has never accomplished anything in her life. Never held a real job. Always fought on the wrong side. Was a lying, criminal, narcissistic, lesbian . . . . I don’t know what else.
And this is the woman that the leftists all thought was so wonderful?
Clinton knew by midnight she’d lost? I guess she did have tine to get sloshed by the time she called Trump. I kept thinking she wouldn’t have been drinking if she thought she was going to make a speech.
Somehow, the DNC overlooked Clinton’s arrogance, among other things, anointed her and kicked Bernie to the curb.

The answer has to be YES. Despite her lifetime of other crimes and incompetence, Hillary threw away the presidency through her obsessions with legalistic tricks, lying, and machinating in secret. She was so arrogant she expected to get away with it.

It was obvious since before The first Rapist's first presidential election, and it only got worse with time.
Even then, arrogance was her strongest passion, well into mental pathology territory.
Her unbearable screaming and shrieking was the obvious symptom, and could only appeal to deficients similarly inclined.
Doesn't matter why or how. Tens of millions of us will forever celebrate her absence.

I believe the DNC itself is to blame as well.
The protesters, if they were not counterfeit, and had an ounce of integrity, would be going after and rejecting their own corrupt party.
The DNC rigged their primary just like the GOP tried to do to their own. We rejected that and nominated Trump in spite of it.
And yes, hilzebub is arrogant beyond belief. The DNC doesn’t really care about that though. They’re trying to distance themselves from the ugly truth that they fouled it up.
You could almost feel sorry for hilzebub. They will lay everything off on her in the end.
Maybe they should just shitcan Saul’s moldy old tome and find another strategy.

To me, their biggest failing is that they believe their own propaganda - and that put them at a great disadvantage.
In all contests, be it politics, the sports field, or war, you have to know your competitor/enemy.
The American public finally realized it was being screwed over by the Washington establishment.
The American public decided to fight back. End of story.
Everyone runs from the loser......... it’s the nature of politics. Happens on our side also.
With that said, Hillary was an awful candidate. I cannot remember another candidate with this much baggage and the DNC did themselves no favors by not allowing others to challenge her (truly challenge her) in the primary. The system was rigged for her and she carried that attitude into the general. She never had a true platform beyond attacking Trump and an absolute inability to criticize Obama or his policies. I used this several times with people who seemed uncertain of who to vote for.
She is not a likable person. No charisma and generally rubs people the wrong way. On top of that, she was the most corrupt person to ever run for office. A majority of America knows she is an unindicted criminal who lied over and over about a whole host of issues. Few trusted her. Her arrogance and lack of access compounded these problems and more than once I heard people remark that she did not seem to be “working for it.”
In a way, we really lucked out that they ran her because this was a very close race. A more charismatic and liked (including trusted) rat and I don’t think Trump would have won. This should be a lesson for both parties - you don’t select your standard bearer 8 years in advance nor do you allow one person to stack the party leadership. It is a healthy thing for candidates to win the nomination on their own merits.
I remember thinking Tuesday night when I realized the scope of this victory that there would be a huge backlash against the Clintons. They sold their party out for personal gain with the corruption, the hubris of the email server, and the way they ran roughshod over everyone in their way.
The arrogance of Clinton, Obama and the whole DC mob destroyed her.
They all deserve the same defeat.
I hope and pray that the next mid term elections are another affirmation of a national move toward anti-globalism and American exceptionalism, all credited to the glory of God given freedom framed by the constitution.
It’s arrogance and elitism that cost the Democrats the election. Not only that, the uber-leftist crap that they spouted out.
