I don’t think they can prove in court that they are NOT “the most dishonest people in the world”. I’m pretty sure Baghdad Bob is dead. And they don’t correct Josh Earnest when they print his BS so they can’t use him as an example of someone more dishonest.
Truth is a valid defense.

After Wikileaks that sounds like a FREAT idea! Can you imagine what we could unearth in discovery? It would be the final nail in the coffin for the BSM.

You cannot sue anyone for libel for telling the truth. (Oh, I know anyone can sue anyone for anything, but there are penalties for filing a frivolous law suit.) Most of the media, who covered the recent campaign, demonstrated absolute dishonesty, lies, extreme bias, concocted fantasies, and participation in a conspiracy to shelter the candidate they preferred from the consequences of criminal behavior.
This turkey ought to be summoned to appear before the grievance committee of his State Bar Association. His antics violate most codes of professional ethics.

The Federal Government has the absolute authority to regulate Commercial Activity.
Everyone says that a GUARANTEED RIGHT protected by the US Constitution can and should be regulated by “common sense” laws and regulations.
NOTHING can Prevent the Federal Government from LICENSING and REGULATING people that use a “Protected Right” for COMMERCIAL PROFIT OR GAIN.
START LICENSING COMMERCIAL SPEECH FOR PROFIT OR GAIN
the rules could be very simple
Anything Labeled as NEWS and not clearly defined beforehand as Opinion or Entertainment and is preceded by an announcement that it is not to be considered truthful in any way shape or form, That contains any Deliberate False Statements or Facts, or Misrepresents the Truth in any way, Shall be a CRIMINAL OFFENSE.

The media is a vile creature that should be brought up on felony charges for lying to the American People for decades.
Reporters are criminals to me.
Yep.

I am sure though that Mr. Abrams would gladly take reporters’ money for attempting such an absurd lawsuit.

They have to think creatively, as no candidate in living memory has denounced the press as he has; no candidate has banned journalists from covering him because they didn't like the tone or substance of what [journalists] are saying.

As an attorney he should know that there is a big difference in supporting/defending free speech versus proving libel/slander in a court of law especially

All the media did was lie about Trump and now we should sue him because he doesn’t fit our lies?
Trump doesn’t look like the template we laid out, thus it’s libel?
Is that the argument?
