In his Friday column, New York Times columnist David Brooks speculates about a new political dichotomy and writes that President-elect Donald Trump will “resign or be impeached within a year.”
From Brooks’ column:
Finally, it seems important to be humbled and taught by this horrific election result. Trump’s main problem in governing is not going to be some fascistic ideology; his main problem is going to be his own attention span, ignorance and incompetence. If he’s left to bloviate while others are left to run the country and push through infrastructure plans, maybe things won’t be disastrous.

Brooks was writhing, in tears as results poured in. Clearly A Snowflake, just what the public needs as newscaster.
Just, wow. An entire article devoid of thought and reason - nothing but emotion. It is apparent that Brooks actually believes the caricature of Trump created by the MSM and the HRC “smear team”.
The ignorance is strong with this one...

“A few weeks ago I met a guy in Idaho who was absolutely certain that Donald Trump would win this election. He was wearing tattered, soiled overalls, missing a bunch of teeth and was unnaturally skinny. He was probably about 50, but his haggard face looked 70. He was getting by aimlessly as a handyman.
I pointed to the polls and tried to persuade him that Hillary Clinton might win, but it was like telling him a sea gull could play billiards. Everybody he knows is voting Trump so his entire lived experience points to a Trump landslide. He was a funny, kind guy, but you got the impression his opportunities had been narrowed by forces outside his control.”
A great prognosticator, he is not.
The Idaho guy on the other hand...I’d like to get his thoughts.
Do we really need anything from the Never Trumpsters, listed below in our lives?:

Eliminate any contact, business, dealings with the above for a happier and better life.
Most still don’t know who Brooks is.
And how did you conclude this, Brooks? Oh, I remember, you must have checked the creases in Trump’s trousers and found them lacking.
You’ve proven over and over that’s about the best you can do.

David Brooks has been consistently wrong about everything.
He would have made the same remarks about Ronald Reagan back in the 1980s.
Then again, he does write for the New York Times.
