I would disagree....if she is a real NY City resident, it’s a 90-percent chance that she could be elected (without a lot of extra spending).

I would even go and predict that by 2030....she’s likely to be a US senator from NY state.

I actually surprised Chelsea is wasting her time on a “lowly” congressional seat and just not running for Senate now.

I have no doubt New Yorkers would elect her right now.
