If you delete the records to back up the municipal identification cards, you effectively cancel the municipal identification card system, which in itself is a good thing. If the feds pursue obstruction of justice charges against those who deleted the records, even better. The left hasn’t had to fight in so long, they have forgotten what a fight looks like.

This is just another example of the media intentionally lying. They have been repeating since around 1980 that the number of illegal immigrants in the USA is 10 million. That was over 35 years ago and since that time more than a million people a year on average have crossed our boarder illegally. Most of them stay and most of them obtain fraudulent documentation. The actual estimate cited by sources from the border patrol is that there are 20 to 40 million people in the country illegally. These same sources say that the number is far more likely to be on the high side. The actual number of illegal immigrants in New York City alone is known to be over 1 million. Most of them have no need for the free ID card because they already have fraudulent documentation that give them far more benefits.
