Judge Napalitano stated today on Fox Business Channel that a person does not have to be indicted to be pardoned.
I don`t think that`s true, based on commentary I`ve heard in recent weeks, including an interview with Guliani, on Hannity today, discussing just this point. Nixon was pardoned by Ford for any and all crimes he may have committed during his presidency (I`m paraphrasing). He was allowed to do this in spite of the fact that Nixon had neither been charged nor convicted of any crimes up to that point.
Saw a clip this morning where a protester had a professionally done sign that said, “SINGLE PAYER NOW” ...
Trump is at least as smart as I am and I suspect more. Even I can see the best way to avoid CW II is take Soros down. It HAS to be done.

Arresting him would only delay things because he would get out no doubt. However, in this gambit Trump has another trump card. The police forces in these cities back Trump. If they try to ratchet up the violence and property destruction, in order to keep the protests going, then it can be met head-on and heads can be cracked - that will end it without Trump having to give them anything.
If that’s how Obama and Clinton negotiate, no wonder our country is in retreat everywhere.
