This clown CEO obviously needs to suffer the consequences of being a sore loser. He obviously puts his own mental incompetence above the livelihood of his employees by telling them to resign because of their constitutional right to support a Presidential candidate of their choice...obviously he got some very poor legal advice.
Question: HOW does he know who did and who didn’t support Trump? Sounds like an urban legend.

I think that firing someone for exercise of their right to vote would constitute illegal grounds for firing.

It’s probably surprising, but Federally and in all states I know, Political Discrimination is not an EEOC matter.
It’s legal.
Some employees could probably try to make a civil case, but it would be tough. Certainly telling someone how to vote is not actionable, because in the voting booth, that employee can do what ever they want.
Firing may be another matter.
You can read his email at their Facebook page. It’s when you get near the end of it that you find the hypocrisy. He goes on and on about how he expects all employees to be tolerant - but not tolerant of people who like Trump.
