Noncitizens, Voting Violations and U.S. Elections
NOVEMBER 2016

The United States sends election monitors around the world to help discourage fraudulent balloting. But, here at home, it has largely turned a blind eye to the possibility that fraudulent voting by noncitizens could influence the outcome of an election. Our voter registration system is susceptible to abuse by noncitizens.

In addition, noncitizens and illegal aliens are counted when apportioning congressional districts and when allocating state electors under the Electoral College. This means noncitizens play a role in determining how many congressional representatives a state has and exert an indirect influence on presidential elections.

...

How Much Noncitizen Voting Is Going On?

If we take the mean of these three estimates -- 7.25 percent -- and apply it to just the 22 million non-citizen residents currently in the United States, then approximately 1.6 million non-citizens vote every year.

Election fraud is something the Trump administration MUST address/fix.

In CA alone, if the legal and illegally here FOREIGNERS were not allowed to vote, many house of rep elections would be different and there might even be 1 or 2 fewer house seats from CA due to lower Census numbers.

Without the non citizen vote, hillary doesn't even get the popular vote!

This isn’t as hard to solve as one might think. Trump will be in a position where he can fix this. It has to be fixed before mid-terms.

This. Must. Stop. Now.

Stopping this would take a lot of wind out of CA’s electoral sails.

Agreed. Trump, and the U.S. House and Senate must fix this within the next 2 years. Mid-term elections are right around the corner now.

It seems like there is an easy fix once the Justice Dept is no longer a co-conspirator. Each count of voter fraud has a one year jail term with NO leniency. ten counts is ten years. Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time. Once it became common knowledge that this was the penalty and it was being enforced, end of problem. Oh, and if the perp is a non- citizen they are forever ineligible for U.S. citizenship!

Fixing the Electoral Process is almost more important than the Supreme Court because it affects the future more. We won many battleground states by 1% to 2%.

Trump will need to address not just illegal voting, but please someone continue to communicate to the Trump Administration:

END EARLY VOTING.

It’s one of the best ways to help in the short-term. And it appears to be non-partisan, but it will have a Significant effect.

I’d like to see the voting roles erased after each presidential election.
If you can’t find a way to register once every 4 years, you don’t care enough to vote.

"Trump, and the U.S. House and Senate must fix this within the next 2 years. Mid-term elections are right around the corner now."

That's right, and if they do get it fixed, there's the chance that the (R)'s can get a super majority in the Senate!

http://www.capoliticalreview.com/capoliticalnewsandviews/poll-13-of-illegal-aliens-admit-they-vote/

13% admit they vote. There are 10, 20, 30 million in the U.S.

That’s at least a million illegally cast votes - a FELONY to vote if not a citizen by U.S. statute.

They MUST get rid of Motor Voter.

Citizens should have to register in person at their County Court house and show verifiable id. This is how it was done before Clinton rammed the motor voter law in 1994.

The GOP MUST pass voter integrity measures at the federal and state level. Otherwise, Soros will steal of our freedoms from us with illegals.

NOW is the time (after 1/20/17). Our future as a free people depends on this as much as anything.

The Congress can pass a law requiring photo IDs for all Federal elections and can include in the law that the courts cannot address the law. That is fully within the power of Congress and with the liberals on the benches now, the only way it will stay a law. Short this, Fla, with a Repub governor should clean up Broward County. That county has been a major problem in all recent elections and its voting supervisor, Snipes is about as corrupt as they come. Bush should have done it but didn’t and Rick Scott should do it now, not wait until the next election.
