Shortly after Donald Trump was declared the president-elect of the United States, the Republican got the stamp of approval from an unexpected source: New Balance. Many people have since posted videos and pictures of themselves burning their New Balance shoes, or throwing them in the trash.

As for throwing them away or burning them: I guess these people have money to burn, so to speak. They are not cheap shoes.

I have flat feet. New Balance 998 works fine for me. I get 2 to 3 years from a pair. The ratty ones go to a pile for doing yard work.

I always liked New Balance shoes..they are VERY comfy, I needed a new pair of shoes anyway so will get me a nice pair of New Balance
