What on earth? He is complimenting Bush on the smooth transition and promising to do the same.

Is this because they know Trump is not a pussy like Bush, and that Trump has threatened them with Leavenworth or worse if they do not cooperate?

Or is it because they know only Trump can protect them from the enraged donors to the Clinton Global Initiative?
