What the hell is going on in Allegheny county in PA, the NYT live counter has dropped the reported precincts to 26 %. It was 99% just 10 minutes ago. WTF is happening?

We’ve noted earlier that the NYT and maybe Fox have been using numbers that aren’t quite what’s on the official PA Elections page. That page hasn’t changed. Allegheny County is still only 6 precincts short. But this does raise some questions as to just WTF is going on behind the curtain on that NYT page.
Also note that the total number of precincts reported dropped to 89%, even though the totals are more than what is showing on the PA election site at 99% precincts reported.
According to the official PA SoS site, 99.55% are reporting in Allegheny. No worries.
They’re going to cheat. Same with Michigan.
