Your math is really, really faulty...a 2.6% lead on 850k votes is nowhere close to a 1.5% difference on 3.8 million votes.
I hope so. They didn't call it percentage points but i don't know what else it could be. All I know is that a 2% lead isn't enough. Back in gwb he had like a 4% lead until wayne county turned in their "votes". I'm just saying that the pattern happens again and again every election year and nobody tries to stop it.
