Trump’s lead in both states are larger than .5% right now.

If the margin of victory is over .5% in PA, there will be no recount. Trump is looking to win with more then 1%

Nope. The trigger for a PA recount is 0.5%. We are near a 1.5% lead by Trump to victory.
