Yes, I was just about to ask, is it real Amish people? Or FR Amish?

I saw W. At Lancaster, PA airport in 2004. He met a large group of Amish in a tent that was set up between plane and stage. There were also Amish in the crowd. I was kind of surprised.

If they get 60% turnout that’s another 100,000 votes for Trump in a swing state.
Apparently the Amish (real Amish!) need some help in Ohio if anyone lives near there.

What’s his source for this?

Thank the Lord. Bless the Amish & the volunteers.

LOL!
I do feel sorry for him, on a human level. How humiliating. And it’s not his fault. It is the fault of the woman who named him.

That is why it’s so amazing. And hopefully, portentous.
Hope I’m using that word correctly. :-)

I was on a bus trip to the sight and sound theater in Lancaster County PA last December. It was unseasonably warm upper 60’s, or low 70’s, but I could definitely tell I was in farm country.

I bought a jar of Elderberry Jam from an Amish farmers market while in Lancaster County last December. Delicious!

LOL! I bet a few of those volunteers will regret their decision when they find themselves living out the real life version of that episode of Seinfeld with the car valet!Find me 10 to vote for Donald and I'll drive them to Indiana and back to visit relatives and put peppermint oil under my nose.

I read an article awhile back saying in a first, Amish leaders had endorsed Trump for president and encouraged all Amish to go vote for him.
To: TigerClaws
I didn’t know the Amish voted.

I’ve got an Amish-made walking cane. The staff is turned oak and the handle is a brass hame. I use it on hippies.

We used to get these giant pretzels at the Redding market — slathered in butter and spicy mustard. Hooooleeee cats, they were good.
In fact, a lot of the goods we’d get at the Redding Market were great. Miss that place.

When I lived in Illinois, I would get butter from the Amish across the river in Missouri. Best butter you could ever get your hands on. Out of the world.

"The Amish around here do not vote. consider it a part of the world which they do not want to be associated with."
This year, they're like the Ents from Tolkien. While they may not be interested in the affairs of the "world", the affairs of the "world", if it goes a certain way, will engulf them.
