The KS RATS are in a tizzy about keeping their leftie judges. KS has about a 99% judge retention rate, but people are upset about these judges pro-abortion, anti-death penalty, pro-tax rulings. I always vote to throw them out, just on general principles. The court overturned the death sentences of several especially brutal murderers, including the Carr brothers, for whom a quick death is too good.

That Carr brothers ruling may just do it. I wish that groups would have hit them with that harder.

Their decision on the Carr brothers was reversed by a 9-0 SCOTUS court. These justices are a joke and four of them are up for retention. So vote to reject ALL BUT STEGAL. Stegal was appointed by Brownbeck and is a consistent constitutionalist. Also vote against Perine and Leben. Generally I agree and vote against them all but this year there are some good judges so go to the link and follow the advice.

I voted AGAINST ALL of the judges here in AZ. Just as a matter of principle.
