Two thoughts:
1 The law is the law, except if you are an Elite.
2 Stupid, unconstitutional laws should be nullified. If it gets to a jury, I recommend Jury Nullification. Enough with the over insane amount of laws, regulations, permits, fees, penalties, interest on penalties, etc.
