The law is the law

You mean corporate law is corporate law.

Because that's what she's being charged under. And AFAIK, she's not a corporate entity.

Amazing how few people have a problem with that.

The law is the law.................

Until there are too many laws and they get selectively enforced, then you live in a tyranny.....

Dumbass laws like this do nothing but distract from REAL issues of actual CRIME like murder, theft etc...

They should raid the district attorney of this county’s Thanksgiving dinner for preparing food without a freeking license....

Because.... The law is the law.................

The law is the law.................

And in California, there's a lot of them, all of which were passed by elected officials placed in office by California voters.

Stories like this crack me up. Californians freely chose single-party rule and then they have the audacity to complain about the clearly predictable consequences of their electoral choices.

Two thoughts:

1 The law is the law, except if you are an Elite.

2 Stupid, unconstitutional laws should be nullified. If it gets to a jury, I recommend Jury Nullification. Enough with the over insane amount of laws, regulations, permits, fees, penalties, interest on penalties, etc.
