Worth another bump for sure. A bit of a tangent that is somewhat related.......
One of the things about Trump that excites me the most is his fundamental understanding that ROE has to be designed to protect our forces first and foremost. I pray for the day when snipers can sit in overwatch and whack those who want to dig next to the road and emplace IED’s in the middle of the night.
ROE were so bad in the last years that all they could do was watch them do it and notify EOD to go out and destroy them the next day. If the American people knew how many soldiers we lost due to ridiculously restrictive ROE they would be outraged. I know I am.

I knew the ROE were twisted...but I thought it was more about shooting at soldiers — could not until they fired at you...It is crazy to watch an IED be buried and not be able to do anything....Wow! :(

I was surprised yesterday to see Jen Psaki speaking from one of the Clinton rally sites.. She left State and went to the WH as Communications Director (because she was so good at it at State, I guess) and that’s the first I’d seen/heard of her since - NOT that I missed the creature!
