Which Google says is due to the presence of 3 links (somewhere among the thousands of posts) on FreeRepublic.com
This is blocking is the case even if I (temporarily) turn off the security feature in Firefox (access by address bar about:preferences#security) or in Chrome (about:preferences#security)
Worse, even though on the Warning page that results from clicking on such search results says "you can continue to" the page at issue, you cannot.
And other search engines had no date search or (Bing) they did not go back to th 90's.
Therefore I simply Googled the title of some of the search results, which are below.
I also sent Feedback to Google. I appreciate the warning you provide on sites in which you found can be dangerous to our computer, however, there is a vast difference btwn a web page that actually offers a malicious software versus a site with thousands upon thousands of posts over the space of over 100 years in which three (3) instance of bad links can be found.
But rather than simply blocking access to the actual pages in which these pages are found, you block page after page that have none, and even refuse to provide the user with the ability to access them! Sending users to Harvard Law school site (StopBadware.org) does not solve the problem of your broadbrush censorship.
Finally, if i may take this to a different realm, while you basically block a camel due to a gnat, know that God, the Ultimate Coder and Search Engine, has the most extensive database of all, and will not allow any malware into His holy domain, and the the authors of such are subject to some serious overheating. However, He offers complete cleansing of your storage device and a new operating system you can choose to operate with (or concurrently with your old one), all on His expense and credit, and as His His terms of service instructs.

When you know something exists but can’t get it to come up on google go to DuckDuckgo.com or Dogpile.com.

Can’t you search Freerepublic for old posts? Why does Google enter the picture?
Tried that with more than one of the titles that Google showed, but it came up with "Nothing matched your criteria.." incldg Click to search older articles ...
Or with "match all the words" rather than "exact phrase." If i did "match any word" i am sure it would come up with lots, but filtering thru those would take even more time than what i did.

Actually i think its the same three offending links that Google says has been causing the issue for a long time. And yet searching doing a Google site search of FR for these does not show any of them (did not match any documents). No wonder JR may have a hard time removing them.
I think I found the problem.
Yikes! I did not see the extra zero (my arthritic hunt- -and-peck fingers means i make lots of typos, but 100 does not show up as one) when i posted it. Yes, that IS a long time! Now I suppose they can just dismiss the complaint.

I’ve said this before, but Google Chrome, the browser I use, refuses to put DRUDGEREPORT on my frequently accessed list. Other frequently accessed sites such as freerepublic and youtube are there.
By the way, the FireFox browser doesn’t work well on my computer. Otherwise I’d use that. And I don’t use Explorer.

When running Fixfire access to the internet randomly stops. I can bring up Explorer at that time and it can’t access the internet.
I went through this routine a few times and then found that if I quit using Firefox the problem went away. Then I reinstalled Chrome.
When I got onto Chrome 5 minutes ago, there was DRUDGEREPORT in the frequently viewed list, so no conspiracy there.
