"Chase play" seems to be disabled for the RSBN feed. (I.e., can't watch behind real time.) I had to switch to the Donald Trump Speeches & Rallies feed. Is youtube screwing with RSBN again?

I don’t know—RSBN sure has more than its share of tech glitches.
Sometimes they have to rely on the feeds of others if they don’t; have their own camera there, which they cannot when there are five rallies in one day.
