WikiLeaks servers are currently under a massive targeted DDoS attack after releasing #DNCLeak2. Keep us strong.

The Vince Foster/Ron Brown discussion email is between two guys in Stratfor. This particular email had been released much earlier, maybe three years ago. I actually viewed the email in question on wiki and archived it. My money says these are real, and the tip of a vast iceberg.
