The FBI has boatloads of info that are actionable now and they are not doing it. I doubt more will change their current stance. But it may change public opinion on both Hillary and the FBI’s/DOJ’s stance.
It is too late to change public opinion. Everybody has more or less decided by now. There may be some weak minded indecisive people who think this is still up for grabs, but at the end of the day, the people who really hate Hillary/liberalism/government corrupsio will go for Trump, and the people who really hate Trump/the rich/corporations/white men will go for Hillary.
There is nothing left but to wait and see how much the Democrat voter fraud captures the swing states for Hitlery.
