A major operation is underway in Paris to clear more than 3,000 migrants from a temporary camp that swelled in size after the Calais Jungle was demolished. Refugees had set up a sprawling tent encampment near the Canal Saint-Martin under an overhead metro bridge in the French capital's Stalingrad district. But this morning officials started a mass evacuation, gathering several hundred male migrants shortly before 6am behind a police line in a part of the camp housing Afghans.

Ironically I lived in Lo Don for about 14 months years ago, but never made it to Paris which has been a dream of mine. I have finally saved enough to go & it appears to be a destroyed & unsafe city. If you have been recently & have a yay or nay opinion, please let me know.
For a rescue mission for women & children..........where are they? All I see are young, healthy, angry looking men. Odd that.

Have you seen the video posted on Youtube of someone’s walk through streets in northern Paris? It shows blocks and blocks of squatters on the street with mattresses and surrounded by their own trash.
I love it, now these snotty Euros, who have spent decades criticizing American racism, get to see what it’s actually like.
In all honesty, I did not know Paris had dedicated and area in honor of the Battle of Stalingrad. But as one poster said, they are merely playing musical chairs.
