This is silly - who is going to believe some stranger is going to vote the way you expect them to, with no possible proof? Plus it has be to completely illegal - they should arrest these people and prosecute them for voter fraud.
As far as they know, my family of 8 is voting for Hillary in a swing state :D
It's protected by the First Amendment.
There were two similar websites in 2000. One was shut down the California AG, and the second shut down on its own after what happened to the first one.
A subsequent ruling by the 9th Circuit said it was protected free speech, and was different from buying/selling votes:
The First thought that came to me!!!
Apple - the one company that has more CASH stowed overseas than any other. Yet Hillary is the candidate who promises to “make those corporations bring back home all of their money and we will tax it at 100%”
Yeah - right.
Anybody remember votergasm?
I’ll not link it here, but Rush mentioned it during the 2004 election cycle.
The left is demented.
Asshole. Oh wait, Cook’s is otherwise occupied.
I would think apple could get sued pretty bad for this. Conspiracy to commit and facilitate vote fraud.
Election fraud platform, pure and simple.
We Freeper Trump supporters can use this app to our advantage. Here’s how: We all download the app and pretend to be Jill Stein supporters in swing states. Hillary supporters in blue states then offer to vote for Stein if we promise to vote for Hillary. Hillary’s number of popular nationwide popular votes gets reduced, and we prevent a vote swap that otherwise would have happened between the Hillary supporter and a real Stein supporter from actually happening.
Good job Apple. Let’s see now, where did I put my old Android phone.
>>How is this legal?
It’s a non-binding agreement between two private parties. It’s basically the “gun show loophole” for retards.
Get online and then vote Trump
