I don’t know if this is all that helpful and this stage. Sounds like a very long investigation to prove, if international child abuse cases are any indication. They go on for years. On this particular topic, they know it is super-illegal, hence the extreme care they take to cover tracks. Very tricky to convict.

Two follow-up points come to mind immediately.
1) This must be why they fight to the utmost in favor of abortion: e.g. the radio guy who does "Handle on the Law" has another talk show on the Los Angeles talk station in the AM, and I heard him this morning saying, while making fun of these allegations, that the feminists are not pro-choice, they're pro-death, and he was on their side.
