I was charged for 6 pink sweaters and 5 green sweaters 6 Yankee candles and 8 books. Plus VAT tax. The items were sent from all over the world to my friend. She kept telling me I was buying too much and please stop.

I had to break down and tell her what was happening even through I didn't want to upset her. She has Lupus and she gets really upset easily. I kept telling her I would take care of it not to worry. Keep the gifts and don't return. I didn't want her to worry about postage money or getting out in her cold weather. She eventually got to keep everything. She donated to a cancer center the extra sweaters and books to a local church.

Oh wow! Just unbelievable so many errors can take place. I’m so glad you won out. I agree with you about maintaining detailed records.

My recent experience was the reverse of yours, I knew I paid for one item and felt the others needed to be returned. I had a person say I should have kept them for Christmas presents!!! No... I don’t think giving “technically” stolen items in the name of Christ is something I’d care to do!
