CB - thanks for the Greek salad recipe yesterday. I got the ingredients when I did my grocery shopping yesterday and made it last night - enough for several servings, but didn’t add the dressing - will do that as I use so it doesn’t get soggy. I really like Ken’s Greek dressing!

I had some a little while ago (I’ve been up since 2:45 - so it was brunch time for me) and added some torn baby spinach to it - really liked that. May have some more a little later :-)

Thanks for the feedback on the Ken's Greek dressing. I bought it first time becuase I figured it would be at least okay (had had the Ken's italian), and the price is right. I just had myself a simple lunch, PB&J and some soup. Yesterday had dolomates by the local Greek restaurant. Grape leaves filled with basically a rice tabuleh. Good stuff.

Very quiet on the news front today. Quieter than yesterday even. It's as though Camp Crooked has forgotten to compose the talking points.
