Thanks for the feedback on the Ken's Greek dressing. I bought it first time becuase I figured it would be at least okay (had had the Ken's italian), and the price is right. I just had myself a simple lunch, PB&J and some soup. Yesterday had dolomates by the local Greek restaurant. Grape leaves filled with basically a rice tabuleh. Good stuff.

Very quiet on the news front today. Quieter than yesterday even. It's as though Camp Crooked has forgotten to compose the talking points.

Dolmades are a little like the Holubky we were discussing yesterday, except we use cabbage and cook in a tomato mixture (kinda like a broth with crushed tomatoes) instead of chicken broth. And, they sometimes use ground lamb instead of ground round. I use primarily ground round with a little ground pork (about 3:1) in the Holubky.

PB Slickers are always good! I have to have a glass of milk with mine (guess it’s habit that’s carried over the years from elementary school).
