North Mexico, or whatever you want to call it, can be an American sponsored homeland for all the illegal aliens to return home to . . . let the corrupt southern portion of Mexico collapse into the Banana Republic which it has always been.
Within a generation, North Mexico will have an economy on par with Chile and won't even feel the need to export people to make ends meet. Of course, friendly trade, tourism, visits and exchange can then bloom to the point that we have a lot of mutually cross border commerce like we do with Canada.
