Colorado Update - Republicans cut into ballot lead

The updated statistics for Colorado have just been released. Republicans have cut the Democratic advantage in ballots down to approximately 14,000. Democrats had been up around a 28,000 ballot advantage over the weekend. Definitely movement in the right direction.

Thanks for sharing. I heard that Reps need a +5-7 lead in EV, but I don’t think those folks understand that there is a large chuck of Unaffiliated voters. Do we know how these guys lean or have in the past elections?

2012 Rs won early voting, lost.
CO strange, but pot isn’t on ballot. Obviously a lead is better than not.

In CO they mail ballots to everyone - might it be that sending in the ballot early is a sign of a lack of enthusiasm? Simply drop it off in the mail, instead of participating in a collective vote for someone.
