Adding to the White Hat intrigue, Fox News host Bret Baier reported tonight that sources have revealed the scope of the FBI investigation into the Clinton Foundation and ‘Pay-To-Play’ is much larger than anyone previously understood.
1. The Clinton Foundation investigation is far more expansive than anybody has reported so far and has been going on for more than a year.
2. The laptops of Clinton aides Cherryl Mills and Heather Samuelson have not been destroyed, and agents are currently combing through them. The investigation has interviewed several people twice, and plans to interview some for a third time.
3. Agents have found emails believed to have originated on Hillary Clinton’s secret server on Anthony Weiner’s laptop. They say the emails are not duplicates and could potentially be classified in nature.
4. Sources within the FBI have told him that an indictment is “likely” in the case of pay-for-play at the Clinton Foundation, “barring some obstruction in some way” from the Justice Department.
5. FBI sources say with 99% accuracy that Hillary Clinton’s server has been hacked by at least five foreign intelligence agencies, and that information had been taken from it.

6. Lynch/Obama are STILL blocking a grand jury or the appointment of a special counselor relating to server gate-Clinton Foundation.
On the other hand, if they are able to indict her (having prepared that during the last month or so) will there even BE an election? Obama stays on?

Even Megan got into it. I accidentally watched her waiting for Hannity. It was an abrupt turnaround from continually bashing Trump for all of them (except Hannity).

Obama will pardon all of them before he leaves office and yes himself as well cause he up to eye balls in this.
There would have to be. There are two other candidates, three if you include McMullen, on the ballot.
If Obama tried to somehow cancel or invalidate the election I shudder to think what would happen.
But don't get your hopes up. On Obamas way out the door he will issue a general pardon for her that will make her immune to prosecution. Nixon was never impeached or convicted of anything. The impeachment process was started in the House but never came to the floor for a vote. Nixon resigned. Gerald Ford issued a general pardon to him that insulated him from ever being charged with anything.
“If you are the Secretary of State, pay for play is treason.”
Especially when one of your deals involves selling vital strategic military resources to our enemies.
The Constitutionality of giving pardons for lack of indictments or convictions is highly dubious. Nixon’s pardon was not challenged. Trump may challenge some open ended pardon that Obama gives to these criminals. At the very least, Trump will do an official government report to tell the truth for all the world to see of the Clinton’s criminality.

Then there are state laws like NY that the Clintons and Weiners of the world who possibly ran afoul of that Obama has no jurisdiction.

Then the political fallout will stomp the Dems for several election cycles. If Clintons even sneezes or jaywalks after the so called pardons I’d prosecute if was Trump. The Clintons will continue their criminality as it is their nature.
The legal point emphasized by Ford in the citations within the Nixon pardon was that accepting a pardon is an admission of guilt (which is why prosecution isn’t necessary). I don’t believe Hillary’s ego could accept that, or, she would be dead soon after accepting a pardon.
I hope you are right and her arrogant ego is that big.
Brett Baier has retracted a portion (indictment) part of this story and apologized today on air.
