Well, 30 or more years ago, even the Sheriff would have just laughed at this...We have lost all sense of humor. Make him clean it up if caught, but to levy a fine and jail time? I long for the past I grew up in. I did "pranks" when I was growing up that would make me an ex-con today.
Spot on. A lost sense of proportion as well. Typical of Rats to look a *gift horse* in the mouth. Free fertilizer unloaded in a parking lot, hardly any thing at all. People living in the real world would haul it off gladly for the shoveling.
What does the enemy do? Vile, filthy things, like pulling a Cousin Eddie with their own campaign bus, emptying human waste into a city storm drain. Right out in the open no less. No big deal to them. So much for their concern for the environment.
