Open enrollment for Obamacare, or the Affordable Care Act, begins today. Problems with the law mean consumers could face significant rate hikes in some parts of the country. There will also be fewer health plans to choose from.
Starting today, the administration will make a major enrollment push -- but that may be a tough sell in states like Tennessee, which has seen premiums spike more than 50 percent, reports CBS News correspondent Margaret Brennan.
For songwriter Wendy Jans and her husband, Eric, life was sailing along until health insurer Blue Cross Blue Shield pulled out of the Obamacare market in Nashville.

How many people in our government are following the laws?
Why is it always the ‘peasants’ that have to follow the laws, while Reps. and Senators, and others can just do what ever they want, when they want and how they want...
I say: Don't pay it, don't get coverage...what are they going to do? With Hillary running for Pres. and as dirty as she is and she's walking around, with Barky giving all our money away to Iran, with Lynch and Brazile giving things to Hillary, and the media being the Clinton Campaign Staff, to hell with them, they made the bill, now let them worry about it!!! IMHO.
I cancelled all health care coverage on Jan 1, 2014. But I’ve broken no laws. I’ve also saved about $45,000 AFTER TAX dollars.
But I agree that since this is a land of laws, not men, that if Hillary or Bill, or George gets away with it, it is no longer a law that applies to me either.
Don’t pay it, don’t get coverage...what are they going to do?
Of course, if I EVER do find myself in a situation where I deserve a refund, they can deduct all of the penalties owed up to that point. Fortunately, I’m still protected by the 8% rule.
Anyone know what songs they’ve written? If they’ve written hits they don’t need to worry about insurance premiums.
My wife and I cancelled coverage last year. We have saved around $35k already.
We are part of a legal medical coverage co-op. Extremely low rates - vastly better coverage.

Why worry ? Your premiums are down over $2500 dollars, you got to keep, your doctor and all is sunshine. /s
Remember, democrats originally wanted to make buying ObamaCare a law - with criminal penalties if people resisted buying... and with IRS enforcing this type of thuggery.
If Hillary wins she will turn our country into hell on earth... she'll use denial of health care as one of her weapons. I suspect she doesn't mind hurting children.
