I don’t think that George P. Bush is a heavy weight endowment, but nice to see that one member of the Bush family is voting for Trump.
He would be nothing without his last name, but this also means his endorsement will tell a much bigger story than it otherwise would.

The political careers of the other Bushes are over, so they can afford to support Hillary overtly or covertly. Jorge P. still wants to crawl his way to the Governor's mansion in Texas, which forces him to endorse Trump. His political future would be over if he was seen as a help to Hillary.
So Jorge P. isn't any smarter or more virtuous than the other members of his clan, he's just playing politics with this last-minute endorsement. It's no more sincere than Ted Cruz's endorsement.
