And I would say that an ENERGIZED President and Attorney General could make a CONSTITUTIONAL case that someone (A former President) who issued a pardon illegally because he/she was involved in the crime in some manner is INVALID and UNCONSTITUTIONAL. And I would expect them to pursue it up to a fully-staffed Supreme Court.
