Have been listening to Mark Levin for the last hour or so. Am happy to report that our old friend Mark appears to no longer be a NeverTrumper. It appears that he now believes Trump is a lot more of a constitutional conservative than McCain or Romney (well, duh).
It seems Mark's biggest disagreement with Trump now is on free trade. Laments that no one sides with Reagan's trade policies anymore. (Hmmmmm.... I don't recall Reagan being all that much of a "free trader," thought he was very much for the working man, but that's just me).
At any rate, Levin agrees with all of us that Hillary is totally unacceptable and sounds like he's actively encouraging his listeners to forget about NeverTrump and not to stay home, not to vote third party, but to vote FOR Trump!! We can fight him on trade policy, he says, after he's elected. But we have no chance of survival with Hillary--open borders, liberal judges and socialist healthcare will kill us (paraphrasing).
Go, Mark, GO!!
Go, Trump, GO!!
ping
I don’t listen that much, but he has been for Trump for a while, while still criticizing him when he disagrees.
Late to the party but, still a hoot...
yes, Mark does indeed seem to wanna stop HilLIARy
now
I guess its better late than never
(it seemed he was really in the tank to elect HilLIARy...his last couple of months were VERY VERY disapointing and I, too, had stopped listening to him... maybe he got the message he’s losing his audience?)
Mark May have some issues with Trump, but he knows that if Hillary is elected it will mean the permanent or the start of the permanent destruction of the country and republic as we know it.
Too busy trashing him, calling his callers idiots....and hawking blinds.com.
Excellent!
Glad Levin’s coming around. Trump is the only sane choice at this point, and glad Levin’s getting that.
I don’t think Levin was ever a NeverTrumper. He was a Cruz supporter, and doesn’t like some of Trumps ideas on trade. He said he was planning to voting Trump weeks ago.
Somehow I doubt Levin would have reached the same conclusion if Trump was down ten points.
He’s also been saying that our problem electing conservatives stems mainly from the massive immigration which has changed California from red to deep blue, and getting there in VA and NC and everywhere else.
Bingo.
There was a marked difference in today’s show. He’s dropped almost all of the constant trashing of Trump and is openly supporting him on most issues.
He still does. He is doing this only because his supporters have had their eyes opened by Trump. They realized that Conservative, Inc. (Levin, Heritage Foundation, CPAC, Salem Media, etc.) only cared about selling books, going to think-tanks, and getting conservatives riled up every four years to hold their noses for the RINO, or else "Hillary will win."
Listen to Andrew Wilkow and David Webb on Sirius XM Patriot 125 instead. Far superior to "Mr. Producer's" flunky.
I’ve been telling the guys at work that I really want Trump to win just because of his stance on the second amendment -which was forged upon him by his Sons, who are firearms enthusiasts. They must’ve had a little, “Sit-Down,” with their Dad, and told him what’s up.
That being said, I just hope that he knows, understands, and adheres to the constitutional role of the office of the President.
Considering his stated love for our great nation, I don’t think there’ll be an issue there.
Why in the H E double toothpicks did it take him to the last week of the campaign to figure this out? Imagine how things would have been better if he hadn’t been the snotty little disgruntled nevertrump for so long.
Better late than never. I hear he’s hawking a new Conservative Review tv something or other. Probably just coincidence...
Another former Never-Trumper has repented and fallen into line. Look for more of them in the coming days.
Replaced Mark with better things long ago, won’t be going back.
I think about as much of him as I think of Glenn Beck, and that ain’t much.
