According to Bev Harris, who asked the company that owns the GEMS software why the decimal capability was added, they would only say it was for marketing purposes. They cannot deny it is there. . . so they had to answer with something. Other wise they would be left hemming and hawing. Soros' company should be sued out of existence. . . and all electronics removed from our voting process. Go back to WATCHED accounting that can be easily audited. No hanging chads allowed. Any unclearly marked ballots are voids.

I'm a 30 year programmer and I found the video very hard to follow. Lots of music and the 'important' parts didn't stay on the screen long enough to study.
At the end they had a black guy trying to rile up black people and they mentioned something about one of Nixon's Watergate guys.
My impression is they're trying to prepare for a Trump win and accuse him of voter fraud.
