Yeah, for sure. What will be instering is how she intends to go about gun confiscation. Being that the House will remain GOP and there’s an even chance the Senate will too she won’t be able to do it legislatively. If she issues an Executive Order I envision that many LEO’s will refuse to enforce it. So, that only leaves the military. And, being that the overwhelming majority of our military is conservative, especially in the elite combat units, it’s problematic that they will comply. But, we shall see....
I guarantee you this. If she’s elected she’ll issue and EO to collect every Form 4473 from every gun dealer in the country going back as far as they have them. (they are required to be on file). They will complete a database registry and then they’ll start sending out the letters.
They’ll start with an EO reclassifying certain weapons as ATF illegal and they’ll start slow on confiscation, sparsely and distributed in order to keep from raising the alarm so a coordinated response can be mustered in terms of lawsuits, injunctions, etc. If they did it right and in the right sequence and distributed to isolate the victims, they’d get away with it, or go a long way via intimidation of the individual.
I never said they weren’t smart and tricky....I’ve always just thought they are evil monsters out to put us in chains or kill us.
