Dade City population is about 6500 people with blacks and Latinos being around 1350 each.
Her Royal Heinous will be at Paco-Hernando State College which has 5 campuses around the area with a little over 12,000 total enrollment at all 5 combined. Dade City or East Campus is the smallest.
