Judge Napolitano has stated he was asked to sign the letter and declined. While he disagrees with Comey’s actions, he also thinks that this was completely botched by not recommending indictment on July 5.
Hillary, whatever happened to going high if anyone goes low, medium, or high against you? Personally when I first heard of the email server issue I thought that maybe the GOP/others were trying to make more of it than there really was. But then we’ve seen how Hillary and her apologists have demonstrated such lack of transparency. The secret LL-WJC meeting, comments of Comey in his July press conference, and the documentation dumped by the FBI were the last straws for me. Hillary is a shady crooked person who would be a clear and present danger to the future of the USA if she becomes President.
I’ve always thought it best to not walk up to a Bald Faced Hornets nest and swat it with a baseball bat.

I suspect by Weds. or Thursday a email or two will emerge showing some direction into illegal activities or destruction of Evidence from Mills and illary.

The Daily Beast obtained the letter from Elkan Abramowitz, who served formerly as chief of the criminal division of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. Abramowitz agreed with the Clinton campaign, and said what Comey did was “outrageous.”

I just want to remind everyone that the Clinton Administration politicized the Department of Justice when they fired many federal prosecutors in the early 90’s to supplant them with their own hand picked lackeys.
Many had served under both Dems & Repub Presidents.
Clintons only like those prosecutors they control.
