Comey knew that by going public he’d be damned but concluded the alternative option. Suppressing the information until after Nov. 8th would be even worse. Of course, it’s important to note the emails may NOT materially change the findings of the original investigation. There might be nothing new in any of them.
On the other hand, they might contain some of the tens of thousands emails that have mysteriously gone missing from the server.
And even if they don't, Huma still must answer whether her discredited and damaged husband - who was not even a lowly Clinton staffer - potentially had access to the private server. Nobody knows....
He made it clear he didn’t know what was in the emails yet, but that they ‘appear to be pertinent’ to the original investigation. That is self-evidently true.
If the metadata indicates ‘thousands’ of the new emails flowed to and from Clinton’s private server, and were written or received by her top aide, then of course they are ‘pertinent’ and of course they must be investigated.
This is not partisan politics at play, as the Democrats are screaming, this is perfectly normal and reasonable police work.

My guess is he was a Bernie supporter and has disdain for her. He sees her for what she is and his emotion caused him to rant the truth.

Wait just one minute here. For one thing, The location of the emailed on Carlos Dangers laptop is definitely new and that in itself has to be a criminal act. Why were they there, what use were they put to and where else did they end up all suggest the possibility of further crimes.
The media is doing the same, afterall they are part of the Clinton crime family.
For what it's worth, the senior ranks of the NYPD are probably filled with people who have a lot of loyalty to a former mayor named Rudy Giuliani, who is now one of Donald Trump's biggest supporters. Giuliani is also the former U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York.
Its so humiliating. Watching her blame Comey for all this.

The only reason would be for her to DO anything, SAY anything, BE anything in order to get into the inner workings of the US Government. Not simply to gain real-time information but to be in a position to actively influence the decisions of HIGH level or potentially the HIGHEST level official(s).
History, hopefully, will learn which did the most damage TO the US and was the greatest asset FOR Islam - Huma Abedin or Barack Obama.

Hillary ultimately won’t get the blame - take your pick- Comey, Huma, Weiner, the patriarchy, VRWC, and of course Trump.
And what information did Weiner have access to?
NYPD investigators could be leaning on Wiener to get at the truth about Huma, and then leaning on Huma to get at the truth about Helliary. The corrupt federal agencies may not have control over the truth at this point.

This is all a direct consequence of two Loretta Lynch decisions — the first to NOT empanel a grand jury to investigate the Hillary email security problems:
— this crippled the investigation (no subpoenas), allowing Comey later to plead he had insufficient evidence to indict.
— instead of being able to point to a GJ no-bill, Lynch would have to make the decision to not indict Hillary by herself.
The second Lynch decision was to meet with Bill Clinton on the airport tarmac, thus creating the appearance of impropriety, so that she could recuse herself from making the indictment decision. I believe that Lynch engineered having the meeting, had entirely innocent discussions with Bill, and then engineered the small town newspaper reporter reporting it. She then stood back as the firestorm of criticism occurred. This allowed her to proclaim her innocence and then recuse herself and passing the cup to Comey. BRILLIANT.
This screwed Comey. He does not have the power to empanel a Grand Jury. If he indicts, she loses the election, but no jury drawn from a jury pool that includes Democrats will convict her. His name goes down in infamy. So he told the truth - no prosecutor would indict her knowing she would get off.
So the FBI wraps up its crippled investigation, and Comey is forced to violate procedure and go to Congress to report the results of his investigation ... he publically ate his bowl of **** and thought he was out of it. When NYPD and NYC FBI finds new evidence, he has no choice but to notify Congress. It violates procedure, but he had to correct the record of the previous procedure violation.
