Funding the Clinton Campaign would appear to be a violation of this nonprofit organizations charter. Here are their current funding guidelines:

The Bradley Foundation's Program Interests

At present, the Foundation aims to encourage projects that focus on cultivating a renewed, healthier, and more vigorous sense of citizenship among the American people, and among peoples of other nations, as well.  The free society so central to the convictions and success of the Bradley brothers rests upon and is intended to nurture a solid foundation of competent, self-governing citizens, who are understood to be fully capable of and personally responsible for making the major political, economic, and moral decisions that shape their own lives, and the lives of their children.  Such decisions are made on the basis of common sense, received wisdom, traditional values, and everyday moral understandings, which are in turn nurtured and passed on to future generations by healthy families, churches, neighborhoods, voluntary associations, schools, and other value-generating "mediating structures.

In light of these considerations, projects likely to be supported by the Foundation will generally share these assumptions:

Doesn’t make sense. $150 million? I don’t buy it. That looks like the Bush National Guard letter to me.

This does not smell right to me. Such a payment, if actually made, would presumably NOT be to the Clinton campaign. It would be broken up and distributed in smaller payments to super-PAC’s supporting the Clinton campaign. Any such disbursements will be in The Bradley Foundation’s financial reports. It would be very interesting if such payments went into “dark money” accounts to conceal the source.

There must have been a heck of a party at whatever PAC that $150M went to.

Look at the opening sentence: “Payment is required for the Clinton Foundation.” Yeah, that looks right to me.

I think this scam was written by the same guy who writes the Nigerian millionare letters, and probably believed by the same people that respond to them.

Sorry - the opening sentence is even more unbelievable than the one I put down. “Payment is required for Mrs. Clinton’s campaign.”

Stupid hoax believed and spread by nitwits. .

This Milwaukee-based foundation claims on its Grantmaking policies page that one of its pillars is "Supporting limited, competent government"...

(Perhaps somebody should point out to the foundation that the Democrats don't do anything governmentally in a "limited" way ... and that Hillary isn't exactly known for her "competency"!!!)

This reminds me of the Morocco quid pro quo. US taxpayers are extorted millions to pave the way. Then greedy pols line up to get a piece of the action.

============================================

In 2008, the US State Dept's Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) commenced a five-year, $697.5 million compact with the Kingdom of Morocco to reduce poverty and stimulate economic growth.

The State Dept's MCC compact invests in expansion of fruit tree agriculture (including olives, nuts, and dates), support for small-scale fisheries and fish-markets, enhancement of the artisanal sector in the city of Fes, and training for small-scale businesses across all these sectors .........with an emphasis on training for women and youth including literacy training.

======================================

WIKILEAKS--Hillary Was Paid Off By The King Of Morocco: Bill Clinton got paid speeches, Clinton Foundation donations, and, in return, then-Secy Hillary would give US support from the State Dept. Despite Morocco's human rights abuses, Hillary was viewed as being “among Morocco's most ardent supporters within the Obama administration.”

WIKILEAKS EMAIL DROP---"This was HRC’s idea, our office approached the Moroccans and they 100 percent believe they are doing this at her request. The King has personally committed approx. $12 million both for the endowment and to support the meeting.”

Abedin said Clinton’s attendance at HACK the CGI event was a condition of the $12 million contribution. “Just to give you some context, the condition upon which the Moroccans agreed to host the meeting was her participation. If HRC was not part if it, meeting was a non-starter,” Abedin said.

2012---Former Secy of State Hillary Clinton shakes hands with Morocco's
Foreign Minister Saad Eddine Othmani in Rabat Feb 26, 2012.

2015--Former US president Bill Clinton, on a private visit to Morocco, was received in the Rabat royal palace by HM King Mohammed VI.

ABC News reported in may 6, 2015 that ex-president Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation’s Global Initiative were being hosted at a five-star luxury hotel in Morocco by one of the world's most controversial mining companies, criticized for "serious human rights violations" by the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice.

The Moroccan government-owned mining company OCP operates in disputed international territory in a remote part of the Saharan Desert and the firm has been criticized for removing the resources without adequately compensating the impoverished people who live there.“

Any time the human rights of a population are systematically suppressed in this type of way it's a serious concern, and I think it's worthy of attention,” said David McKean, who has studied the issue for the RFK center.

OCP mining paid $1 million to help host the event and throw a private cocktail reception, to the dismay of human rights activists.

2016 UPDATE Pres O gave Mrs O $100 million tax dollars from the State Dept's Millennium Challenge Corporation on her visit to Morocco for "teaching Muslim girls"...... to be administered by the post-presidency tax-exempt Obama Foundation.

Michele, her daughters and her mother in Morocco's palace.

===========================================

(hat tip LORIANNE) The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is a bilateral US foreign aid agency established by the US Congress in 2004, applying a new philosophy toward foreign aid. It is an independent agency separate from the State Department and USAID.

The MCC Board is made up of representatives. These include the MCC's CEO, the U.S. Secretary of State who is the chair, the Secretary of Treasury who is the vice chair, the administrator of USAID, the U.S. Trade Representative and other private-sector or development-related officials.

Look at the Bradley Foundation's opening sentence: “Payment is required for the Clinton Foundation.”

Ut, oh....that's a biggie.

The IRS has confirmed that the most egregious money-laundering and tax evasion schemes are perpetrated by one Foundation giving money to another Foundation.

The recipient foundation takes a cut, then deposits the bulk in an offshore secret account for the donor's use later.....all tax-free.

This also resembles Bill Clinton presidency's foreign aid to Colombia to pave the way for Clinton Foundation buck-raking.

=================================================

News outlets reported: Clinton Foundation charity to setup a money-making private equity fund in the corrupt Central American country of Colombia.

Why Colombia?

WIKI REFERENCE---In 2000, the Clinton administration committed $1.3 billion in foreign aid to the corrupt country of Colombia...... and up to five hundred military personnel to train local forces. An additional three hundred civilian personnel were allowed to assist in the eradication of coca.

The Clinton deal was an addition to $330 million of previously approved US aid to Colombia. $818 million was earmarked for 2000, with $256 million for 2001.

The Clinton-era appropriations for his Colombia Plan made Colombia the third largest recipient of foreign aid from the United States at the time.

--SNIP--

As of 2008, the U.S. has provided nearly $1.3 billion to Colombia through Clinton Plan Colombia nonmilitary aid programs:

<><> Alternative Development (2000-2008 cost: $500 million)

<><> Internally Displaced Persons (2000-2008 cost: $247 million)

<><> Demobilization and Reintegration (2000-2008 cost: $44 million)

<><> Democracy and Human Rights (2000-2008 cost: $158 million)

<><> Promote the Rule of Law (2000-2008 cost: $238 million)

LONG READ--REST AT https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plan_Colombia

==============================

04/16/2008----Former President Bill Clinton has earned hundreds of thousands of dollars speaking on behalf of a Colombia-based group pushing the trade pact, and representatives of that organization tell The Huffington Post that the former president shared their sentiment.

In June 2005, Clinton was paid $800,000 by the Colombia-based Gold Service International to give four speeches throughout Latin America. The organization is, ostensibly, a development group tasked with bringing investment to the country and educating world leaders about the Colombia’s business opportunities.

The group’s chief operating officer, Andres Franco, said in an interview that the group supports the congressional ratification of the free trade agreement and that, when Clinton was on his speaking tour, he expressed similar opinions. “He was supportive of the trade agreement at the time that he came, but that was several years ago.

In the present context, I don’t know what his position would be. It is not only about union trade rights. It is about what benefit or damage it can do to the US economy,” said Franco. “Events with the Clinton campaign [concerning Mark Penn] are not good at all for the trade agreement... Right now it became a campaign issues and that is sad, because it needs to go through.”

The comments were supported by a June 23, 2005 article from the news portal Terra (uncovered by Ben Smith at Politico) in which Clinton offered unambiguous support for the free trade agreement with Colombia.

They appear to be the first public indication that Clinton has, at least in the past, supported the trade deal. But evidence that the former president has been sympathetic to Colombia’s position is widely known. In 2007, Clinton met personally with and accepted an award from Colombia’s controversial president, Alvaro Uribe, during a time when the country was attempting to improve its image within the United States.

Subsequently, Clinton urged Congress to view the country in a more favorable light.

Moreover, Clinton has helped Frank Giustra, one of the biggest donors to the Clinton Global Initiative, score meetings with high-ranking Colombian officials. Giustra has several business interests in the country, and both he and Clinton have collaborated on an effort to (cough) "fight poverty in developing world by partnering up with mining companies in Colombia and elsewhere." UT OH---Obama/s now requesting billions for Colombia---to (cough) curb the drug trade.
