Thanks for posting this. Just imagine trying to change one’s vote in NY State? What a mess this entire election has turned into. And just imagine the procedure used to change vote by these States that permit early voting.

If the map I saw indicating the states where changing your early vote is possible is accurate I don't see this as a big factor.None of the states listed are “swing” states,most are solidly Rat and one (Louisiana) is solidly Republican.
