Does Weiner have a job? I think his job was the guy who closed transactions for Clinton Foundation selling classified information, I mean he has to have some kind of job besides sexting which doesn’t generate income.

The way I read the many articles regarding the latest iteration of this scandal is that Weiner is cooperating with authorities. This suggests to me that Weiner is ready to make a deal with the Feds to turn over whatever is on his various devices in return for immunity on the sexting with a minor charge. IMHO, Weiner is total scum and would gladly trade real jail time to throw Huma under the bus. As Huma goes, so goes Hillary for her illegal actions as SoS, illegal trafficking and destruction of classified information after her term as SoS and her illegal activities with the Clinton Foundation and CGI. Aside from her real fear of leaving her child in the hands of Weiner, she has even more fear for what would happen to her health and welfare if she turns on Hillary. My prediction is that Huma is indicted and pardoned.
I think a pardon has to wait for a conviction.

She probably doesn’t “know” but she undoubtedly had her email set for IMAP so it could be accessed from multiple devices e.g. her phone, laptop, home PC etc.
Ignorance is no excuse, besides she might want to lawyer-up before she starts blabbing about what she knows and doesn’t know.

That is what I was thinking, they could wait until Trump took office before filing charges. However someone pointed out that the pardon could be for any crime from (date) to (date). We shall see.
It may also be that Tony Weiner actually careas about their kid, and figures as long as his marriage is toast, cooperating might keep him out of jail and able to see the little Weiner grow up. Of course his problems pertain to the sexting to a minor allegations and probably won’t get him a life sentence. Huma’s crimes could, if they rise to the standard of treason. Let’s see Obama pardon that away.
I think Houma will avoid prison by agreeing to testify against HRC.

I'm pointing out that possibly Weiner downloaded them without her knowing because, if true, it's an indication that they are going to be damning to the Clinton's. If Weiner did this behind Huma's back - yeah sure it's an example of why you don't put classified stuff on non secure email accounts ... because your dopey spouse may well know your passwords and a thousand other reasons ... but in this case I'm saying that if this was Weiner's insurance policy cache, created w/o Huma's knowledge (or maybe both of them created it - Huma may also have wanted insurance) ... that would suggest that they are very very very bad news for the Clinton's.
In other words, they aren't just there because Huma happened to use that machine for email ... but are specifically there, designed to be there, as a weapon if needed. Hence, probably potent.
I believe pardons can be preemptive, although they usually aren't. Nixon received a pardon from Ford, and he was never formally charged with a crime.
The only one indicted will be Huma, for not securing confidential emails.
All the “Political, Intellectual Elite” will decide the country cannot have a sitting President, a former Secretary of State, and a former President indicted for mishandling confidential correspondence. The Media will be charged with selling this to the American People.
Hillary will skate.
Once President Trump is in office, all sides will attack his administration, and the Media will again be given the job of continually bashing President Trump and attempt the drive him out of office. This was done to President Nixon, after his landslide election. The Media has drummed the “Evil Nixon” dialogue ever since he left office.
That’s the plan. It is up to us the American People to hold the “Political Elite’s” feet to the fire and keep this from happening. We really need a new political party that truly is dedicated to our American Republic.

I think Weiner gets 3-5 in maximum security. Huma and Hillary will get the gallows and a stretched neck for espionage. Bill Clinton will have a cigar and play with his current whore, but die of a mysterious heart attack. I like to think positive.
