Well the hammer and the bit-bleach did not accomplish the objective. In retrospect, the emails were floating around in cyberspace all the time as wherever and whenever an email was sent to a recipient, it was lodged in their computer in-box.
Think about it. When you delete an e-mail, it does not necessarily get deleted from the recipient’s computer. Some folks do not clean out their emails regularly and may in fact never do so. Also cyberspace has a way of holding on to the info up in the cloud or wherever.
I couldn’t believe when she came out with the dopey statement that this wasn’t an investigation, it was “a finding out.” What an idiot!
I read that’s how Politico spun the Judge’s remarks. When in fact, the Judge was commenting on the FBI’s actions in TOTAL, both before and after.

Actually I watched the judge’s opening monologue. She railed about it as unfair to Hillary 11 days before an election.
