Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid said FBI Director James Comey may have violated a federal law when he disclosed, less than two weeks before the presidential election, that his office was pursuing potential new evidence related to Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server as secretary of state.
Mr. Reid was preparing to send a letter to Mr. Comey on Sunday saying he appears to be aiding one political party over another. He said that may violate the Hatch Act, which bars government officials from using their position to influence an election.
“I am writing to inform you that my office has determined that these actions may violate the Hatch Act,” the Senate minority leader wrote, according to a draft of the letter provided to The Wall Street Journal. “Through your partisan actions, you may have broken the law.”

His letter is a wild rant. He’s a bitter old lame duck who used insider information himself to sell his BLM mining claims for millions before the BLM went on a rampage two years ago had seized the claims of the little people for clerical errors and such.
Harry had to throw in some gossip about the Russians. I’m surprised he didn’t mention Trump’s taxes while he was at it.

Hey Harry! Have you seen Airforce One lately? It’s been flying all over the country with a government official doing exactly that.
When did this diseased, old, lying, fool, start caring about enforcing the law! Harry Reid is a senile, freak of a joke.
Maybe comments like Reid’s are interfering with an investigation.

Isn’t Dirty Harry breaching some intelligence laws if his innuendo about Trump and the Russians is true? I doubt it is, this is just Harry making up stuff to throw on the pub candidate like he did with Mitt in the last election.
