Complete Headline: There's wildly conflicting information about what the FBI has actually found in the renewed Clinton email probe
Wildly conflicting reports have emerged over the last 24 hours about what new information the FBI may have found, after the agency announced that it was revisiting the investigation into Hillary Clinton's private email server ...
There's no clear consensus as of yet whether the emails were sent by Clinton herself, to Clinton, whether they were from her private server, or even whether any of the emails were new.
Here's a breakdown of what has been reported thus far:
(Excerpt) Read more at businessinsider.com ...
We're throwing crap at the wall to see what sticks the best ... and our efforts all start with the ridiculous notions that Comey threw a wrench in the works without reading a thing ... and that Granny Pickles is still completely innocent!
All lies at this point. Pure conjecture.
Any responses from them reinforces the sense that she got away with something last July. And trotting out Podesta, so everyone can out a face and a voice to notorious Wiki dumps, is almost too good to be true.
Keep it up, you hapless morons.
The DOJ is not allowing the FBI to look at the emails yet, so nobody knows nuttin’.
On page 3 of their 11-page report, federal agents detail how a classified paper on Pakistan, sent from a State Department source, Abedin inexplicably forwarded to her personal Yahoo email account an obviously unclassified, unencrypted, unsecured and unauthorized system........not an isolated event but a common practice with Abedin.
She routinely forwarded emails from her state.gov account to either her clintonemail.com or her yahoo.com account, the agents wrote. Why? So she could print them at home and not at her State Department office.
========================================
The cover story used.....Huma was only forwarding the emails home so she
could print them, b/c Hillary wanted it that way, even though it's illegal.
REALITY CHECK: Tens of thousands of classified emails are housed,
not only on Hillary's secret basement server, but at Humas home as well.....
on devices held by Huma's unemployed husband.
===========================================
This underlines Judiciary Chair Sen Grassley's point that Huma Abedin may have been collecting political intelligence gleaned from unsuspecting State Dept officials that was then sold..... for a price.
Recall that Huma was a govt employee at the State Dept. Then Hillary facilitated Huma having several other jobs simultaneously. (a) Huma working for Teneo....the powerhouse company that is purported to be the vehicle foreign entities use to get access to the Clintons. (b) Clinton Foundation employee. (c) State Dept employee.
Sen Grassley wrote in a June 13, 2015 letter:
It appears that one of Abedins clients, the Clinton-connected Teneo Strategies, may have been compensating Ms. Abedin for gathering information from US government sources for the purpose of informing investment decisions of her consulting clients - or in other words, political intelligence.
This raises important questions about whether Abedins dual role was adequately disclosed to government officials who may have provided her information without realizing that she was being paid by private investors to gather information.
Grassleys letter recounted:
<><> Abedin allegedly sent or received more than 7,000 emails on her US government account that involved Teneos Doug Band, a close confidante and travel companion of the globe-trotting Bill Clinton;
<><> one email exchange involved Teneos Doug Band pressuring Abedin to encourage her State Department boss, Hillary Clinton, to facilitate a White House appointment for one of his clients. Judith Rodin, then-president of the Rockefeller Foundation, donated hundreds of millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation, Mr. Band allegedly noted in his email to Ms. Abedin.
<><> email evidence allegedly suggests that Ms. Abedin and another Hillary aide, Cheryl Mills, colluded to find a way to ensure the US govt paid for Ms. Abedins travel to and from New York.
<><> multiple allegations received by Sen Grassleys Judiciary Committee indicated Abedin had actually taken leave during her time as a govt employee, casting doubt on whether Abedin should have received $33,000 in taxpayer money.
As joshua c posted: Gee, I am only guessing here, but there may be a reason why you cannot print from a State Dept secure system that has classified information.
Anybody, including a dog, can write for Business Insider.
Yep. At this point, the more we see of Podesta out and about and on TV, the lower Hillary will sink.
“Anybody, including a dog, can write for Business Insider.”
Lol.
It’s become just another left-wing rag.
The Weiner investigators, who alerted the FBI, have read the emails.
Where’s Anonymous when you need him. C’mon Wikileaks, don’t let us down. Actually, I read a report that the information is so damning that the FBI had no choice but to open the investigation and that it involves Hillary and Obama. But, then again, it’s hard to tell what’s true and what isn’t.
In his response to Comey’s action, Podesta sounded absolutely panicked.
I smell a rat trap. A week maybe less. She’s cleared. The MSM reaffirms her innocence as pure as the driven snow. MSM rigs a quick Poll showing the resilient one up 50 pts. Lol.
One thing appears true, I would bet thousands of the emails clinton deleted are on the laptop. Enough to cook her goose.
Agree. All that can be said is the FBI is aware of things of possible interest and is seeking a warrant to examine them more closely. There’s no way they told any media more than this because it would violate the rules of criminal investigation procedure.
“Actually, I read a report that the information is so damning that the FBI had no choice but to open the investigation and that it involves Hillary and Obama.”
That would be the only reason Comey would risk life and limb in stopping a presidential election. Like Bernstein said yesterday, it has to be a bombshell.
Muddle everything up and then push “restart”...
The FBI has not yet established “probable cause”, reportedly.
Comey went forward with his letter to Congress against the wishes of the AG Lynch, seeking to fulfill his moral obligation to Congress to report if anything further was to be investigated regarding Hillary Clinton’s case.
However, he says himself that he acted on a “recommendation” of his investigative team. That is not a “probable cause” statement, apparently.
A warrant can not be issued without cause.
It is not known that that the FBI even has the trove of emails in its possession according to reports.
Lynch will likely stall for 10 days. She doubtless thinks Comey has caused enough trouble, fulfilled his moral obligation to Congress and reported, and will refuse a warrant and argue about it until Hillary can get herself elected.

>> “The FBI has not yet established probable cause, reportedly.” <<
But NYPD has!
Pedophilia will kill her candidacy.
.
***There’s wildly conflicting information***
Yea right. There’s wildly conflicting speculation...and probably on purpose.
Great post Liz!
