It sounds to me that they’re trying to get her to face reality about something. That's how it sounds to me, also.
One may surmise that she is an alcoholic by the number of pictures showing her consuming adult beverages, especially that one airplane picture where she appears to be completely shnockered.

That is from stitching multiple photos from the room. A photographer will do that to make a composite of the room.
The problem is that no one ever stands still.
